80 years since the liberation of Terezin

On May 18, Chargé d'Affaires a.i., Gvantsa Barkaia, attended a ceremony commemorating the 80 years since the liberation of the Terezin ghetto and laid a wreath at the Terezin Memorial to honour the memory of the victims of Nazi persecutions.
The President of the Czech Republic, the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, the Prime Minister and representatives of the Diplomatic Corps attended the memorial event.
