The 33rd international travel and tourism fair, "Holiday World & Region World," was held in Prague from March 14 to 16. The Georgian National Tourism Administration, the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, and multiple tourist companies from Georgia participated in the exhibition.

On March 14, Ms. Gvantsa Barkaia, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of Georgia to the Czech Republic, attended the fair's official opening ceremony. Minister of Regional Development of the Czech Republic Petr Petr Kulhánek, the Director of Czech Tourism František Reismüller and other honourable speakers addressed the distinguished audience.

"Holiday World & Region World" is one of Central Europe's most important tourism exhibitions, attracting more than 18,000 visitors annually. This year, approximately 300 exhibitors from 25 countries participated in the event.

The fair's guests expressed high interest in Georgia's national stand, highlighting the diversity of Georgian travel destinations and products.
